Acceptance
By using the JoshFits website or joining the RacketFit waitlist, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Beta software
RacketFit is currently in private beta. The product is provided "as is", may change without notice, and may contain bugs. Recommendations are informational and do not constitute professional sporting advice.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or submit email addresses you do not own or have permission to use.
Intellectual property
The JoshFits and RacketFit names, branding, and product content are owned by JoshFits. Brand names of rackets and manufacturers belong to their respective owners and are referenced for comparison purposes only.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JoshFits is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
